Laura & Anna
Imagine you wedding day. I bet it is filled with love, laughter, and fun. Picture an outdoor setting with a meadow near by to create a backdrop of natural beauty. This was the scene of a truly wonderful, relaxed outdoor wedding that I had the pleasure of capturing.
The sunflower theme was a perfect reflection of the sunny personalities of these two stunning brides. The bright yellow blooms seemed to emulate the warmth and joy that radiated from the couple and their loved ones on this special day.
I couldn’t help but be struck by the genuine happiness that enveloped the entire event. The guests were all smiles, chatting and laughing, sharing in the love that filled the air. But perhaps the most heartwarming aspect of this wedding was the record-breaking number of hugs exchanged throughout the day. It seemed as though every guest wanted to express their love and support for the newlyweds through a warm embrace. It was a beautiful sight to see, and I made sure to capture as many of these touching moments as possible.
One of the most memorable moments of the day was when the brides cut into their stunning sunflower rainbow filled cake, made for them by a friend.
And don’t forget the perfectly behaved dogs who stood in a line for me! Quick scroll down to find THOSE photos!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to capture these moments of love and happiness, and I look forward to documenting many more celebrations of life and love in the future. There is truly something special about an outdoor wedding, surrounded by nature and bathed in the light of the sun. It’s a setting that lends itself perfectly to capturing the genuine emotions and connections that make these events so magical.
So here’s to love, laughter, and sunflowers – may they continue to bring light and joy to all who encounter them, both in life and in my photography.
Venue: Greatham Village Hall
The field outside Greatham Village Hall is the perfect setting for a Marquee Wedding, offering a picturesque backdrop and plenty of space for guests to enjoy. For those concerned about unpredictable weather, the hall itself provides a lovely indoor alternative with ample room for guests to mingle and celebrate.
