Sophie & Jamie exchanged vows under a canopy of majestic trees, at Wedding in the woods! Which happens to be my favourite venue! When I arrived at the woodland ceremony, I couldn’t believe how perfect the setting was. The colours were so vivid and alive, creating the most stunning backdrop for the couple’s special day. As the ceremony began, the sky threatened rain, but miraculously, we managed to avoid it.
One of my favourite moments from the day was when it was time for confetti. The bride and groom were beaming with happiness as their guests showered them with colourful petals, adding an extra touch of magic to an already enchanting day.
The couple themselves were such a joy to work with – relaxed, fun, and completely in love. Their energy was contagious, and I found myself laughing and dancing right alongside them as they celebrated with their friends and family. The dancefloor was alive with joy, and I couldn’t help but capture every moment of their happiness.
As a photographer, it is always a privilege to be a part of a wedding as special as this one. The love that filled the woods that day was tangible, and I am grateful to have been able to capture it. Woodland weddings truly hold a special place in my heart, and I am always excited to return to this favourite venue of mine.
